Since September 2008, Alexandra Härtel has worked as a Research Assistant at the CCCD. Her thematic focus is on corporate citizenship and new media, particularly the conceptual and practical maintenance of CCCD´s online project – including the CCCD website. Moreover, the scope of her work includes working together with partner organizations and networks both in Germany and abroad – online and offline – as well as working on the CCCD’s research projects.
Before her employment at the CCCD she had, among other things, worked as a copy-writer for an internet start-up company and completed advanced education on the subject of “EU Fundraising”. She studied Cultural Anthropology and European Ethnology, in addition to Theater, Film and Media Studies in Frankfurt/M and Warsaw.
Through the European Voluntary Service program, Alexandra Härtel spent a year working on a project for taking care of former concentration camp prisoners in Krakow, Poland.
