Trainer und Consultant
Celina Pagani-Tousignant works with CCCD as a trainer and consultant in Germany since 2009. She is the president and founder of Normisur International, an international management consulting firm that specializes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Community Involvement, Work/Life (W/L), Diversity, and Executive Coaching. Normisur Int’l has a strong global presence; her clientele includes customers in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Celina has an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, is a licensed Marriage, Family Therapist and is author of Breaking the Rules- Counseling Ethnic Minorities as well as many articles on counseling, Diversity, W/L, CSR and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). In 2004, Celina completed a Life Coaching Certificate at John F. Kennedy University. In 2008, she became a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, an accredited coaching school located in San Francisco, California.
Celina became a faculty member at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship (BCCCC) in 1997. In this capacity, she delivers courses aimed at CSR professionals. From 1998 to 2006 Celina joined the faculty at the Boston College Center for Work and Family. While there, she completed several national and international projects.
In 2001, she became a U.S. speaker with the Department of State. Every year she gets invited to give presentations on CSR topics in Latin America and worldwide.
In 2009, Celina developed a 120 hour CSR certificate program for the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Sedes Lima and Quito. She is currently teaching this program at both sites.
In 2009, Celina became faculty at CCCD to design and deliver executive education courses targeted for a European audience. In 2010, she developed a class on How to Build Successful Partnerships. Later in the year, she gave a presentation at a conference in Cologne, on “Volunteering among Older Adults”.
In 2011 Celina became Senior Advisor for Forum Empresa on a pro-bono basis. She will provide strategic thinking on the organization’s future direction, assessment on special projects and she will give recommendations on CSR issues.
